Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing Time
    Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

  2. Delivery Time
    New-Zealand (NZ): 5–10 business days
    Shipping is handled by NZ Post or New Zealand Couriers.

All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked through the tracking page on our website. To do so, click “track your order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple separate shipments.

My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still shows no information after several days, customer service may be contacted.
